Hitting the scene in June of 2025, Betmaze is an online bookmaker and casino for the everyday bettor.
It’s a site with great range and depth run by a company with decades of history in the industry. The platform is tried and tested, the relationships with payment providers is long running, the support staff are veterans if their trade, and the casino games are provided by the industry’s finest.
In other words, the brand is about the only new thing about Betmaze.
What you get then, is a brand new bookies keen to attract customers with absolutely no compromises in terms of the quality of service or the products on offer.
To my mind, the platform itself is the star of the show here. This will be what attracts people or turns them away. It’s very much at the more professional end, looking like it was designed for people with maturity who take their bets seriously. It feels a bit different to the norm, and in a good way.
The terms are fair, the payment methods plentiful, the customer service is 24/7 – there really isn’t anything to grumble about here. So if you are looking for a new bookie, especially if you spend a decent amount of time playing casino games too, Betmaze could be the place for you.
- Backed by Experience – Runs on AG Communication’s license and an Aristocrat (Aspire Global) platform.
- Great Range and Depth – More than 40 sports on the list with markets from around the world.
- Strong Casino Game – Ideal bookie for punters who bet and game in equal measure.
Website Usability

A key consideration when signing up to any new online bookie is how nice the site is to use. If you bet frequently, a site you don’t get on with is a huge irritation. You shouldn’t have any issues with Betmaze.
Betmaze’s site differs from many others in that the betslip is not built into the interface on the right, but pops up at the bottom of the screen when in use. This leaves a large part of the interface free for other betting markets such as imminent horse races, for example. This can be very useful indeed if you log on last minute, for example.
It’s also nice to see a different approach that still works. There is not enough variety on bookies websites, so this one feels like a breath of fresh air.
It’s a very professional looking design too. With the odds changes highlighted by flashing green up arrows and red down arrows, it feels a bit like a spread betting platform or a stock brokers site. If you take your betting seriously and like to do lots of quick maths in your head to take advantage of price movements you will feel like the real deal here.
The flip side of this is that the platform looks quite busy, so it may not be ideal for anyone brand new to betting. For everyone else though it is a very capable bit of kit.
Odds and Markets

You won’t struggle to find your market at Betmaze, that’s for certain.
There are thousands of events on offer from football, horse racing, and tennis, to netball, winter sports, and esports. There is loads of each too. Football is always a good barometer for market depth, and in this case you can bet several leagues deep in Europe, in China, in Japan, and most other nations too. In England it goes right down to the National League.
Less popular sports will not offer the same market depth of course, but it will be sport specific. So if table tennis is particularly big in the Czech Republic, for example, there will be lots of markets from that region in that sport.
Bet types are varied but Betmaze offer loads more than the basics in most cases. Especially in popular sports. Football bettors could potentially find bets they didn’t even know existed. I’m talking about pre-match and live markets here.
In terms of their odds levels, from my research I would say that while they can’t yet beat the big name bookies for value, they aren’t that far off most of the time. And if we are talking about £10 and £20 bets, the difference is likely to be pennies rather than pounds. A price I would be more than willing to pay if I preferred the platform and service here.
There are some promotions available to increase the value, but this isn’t an area Betmaze focus too heavily on. Decent odds in the first place seems to be their approach. Less fuss, less messing about.
Casino

I wouldn’t usually put much focus on the casino since this is a review of a bookmaker, but for punters who enjoy equal amounts of casino play, Betmaze truly is one of the best options out there.
They have more than 2,500 games from too many amazing software studios to mention them all. Rest assured though, they are a wonderful mix of exciting up and coming studios and time served industry giants.
Slots, table games, live casino games, game show style games, scratchcards – they have it all.
The interface is a little odd for the casino, but in terms of content, it’s mega.
Payment Methods
| Method | Min Deposit | Min Withdrawal | Fees | Withdrawal Time |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Debit Card | £10 | £10 | - | Instant - 6 Days |
| PayPal | £10 | £10 | - | Instant-2 Days |
| Skrill | £10 | £10 | - | Instant-2 Days |
| Apple Pay | £10 | n/a | - | n/a |
| PaySafeCard | £10 | £10 | - | Instant-2 Days |
| Bank Wire | £10 | £10 | - | 2-6 Days |
A nice big range of payment methods will please a lot of punters, giving zero reasons to go elsewhere as far as the finances are concerned. Minimums are low across the board, in line with industry standards, and although there is an upper withdrawal cap of £7,000 per month, any significant wins would be handled on a case by case basis. Something to know if you are a high stakes punter though.
It’s nice to see a higher than required level of deposit protection too. Regulations state only basic levels are required, but Betmaze offer medium levels of deposit protection, so the money in your account is safer here than at many other new bookmakers should the brand ever fail.
Not that it’s likely to given Betmaze is owned by one of the biggest platform providers in the industry.
About AG Communications and Aristocrat Interactive

Betmaze doesn’t have a history of its own since it only launched in 2025, but the company behind the brand certainly does.
AG Communications is the license holder, but this is just one arm of a much bigger company, specifically set up to manage the white label online gambling platforms owned by Aspire Global.
Aspire Global was part of that same much bigger company, and this part of the business offered full service B2B and B2C solutions for online gambling brands. This included the platforms themselves, a casino game aggregator, payments and operational support – everything, basically.
Aspire Global has been partly rebranded and partly swallowed up into Aristocrat Interactive now, but still does the same thing. And people still call it Aspire due to its legacy reputation. Other names you may recognise such as BtoBet and PariPlay (also owned by the same business group) were amalgamated under the same umbrella at the same time.
All of these ‘companies’ are actually just like different departments of the same company, but on a much larger scale.
The name at the top of this tree is Aristocrat Leisure. This is the name on the umbrella that covers all of the other business elements mentioned here.
So really, Betmaze is a tiny part of the overall business, since AG Communications have scores of gambling brands operating under their license.
Customer Support
Who likes 24/7 customer support? Betmaze that’s who.
I know many of us will never need to contact our bookmaker at 4 in the morning, but it’s fantastic to have the knowledge that someone will be on the other end of an email or live chat whenever you might need them.
It also means they can get through help requests quicker, since the team work around the clock. So while you might not need them at 4am, that email you sent at 11pm is more likely to be answered in the morning due to the 24/7 availability.
Live chat is only available if you are logged into your account, but you can email without being logged in. There are no other contact options, but the FAQ has lots of info. It’s not the nicest FAQ to use, but the help contained within is valuable.
