Parimatch are a vibrant and energetic sports betting brand that got people talking when they entered the UK market back in 2020, because they did so as a white label of BetVictor – something no brand had ever done before.
It was also interesting because Parimatch are not some start up brand tentatively dipping their toe in the water, they are a huge company that dominated the industry in their homeland of Ukraine.
This means they are able to boast shed loads of high quality promotions, strong odds, and reliable software to back it all up, which inspires a lot of confidence from punters who may never have heard of Parimatch before.
Us bettors might not know the history behind all the companies we bet with, but we know when whether are looking at something that is Prada or something that is Primark, and Parimatch are definitely the former.
This is why they were able to afford sponsorship deals with Premier League clubs like Chelsea and Newcastle United, which gained them an awful lot of attention, and not just from UK punters either.
- Superb Betting Interface – As a BetVictor white label, the platform is top tier.
- Good Quality Promotions – An established bookie with cash in the bank, Parimatch can afford great bonuses etc.
- Security and Support – The highest level of deposit protection plus 24/7 support across multiple channels.
Parimatch Betting Platform User Experience
If you have ever used the BetVictor website then you will see a lot that you recognise at Parimatch, because other than the logo and some colour changes, it’s exactly the same.
Parimatch are operating in the UK as a white label of BetVictor, which explains the similarity, but given that BetVictor’s website is one of the best in the industry, this is probably good thing.
I have always thought that BetVictor’s website feels a bit special, and I get the exact same feeling when betting with Parimatch.
It’s all so ergonomic, and it flows beautifully, with the menu list shaping itself around what you are doing at the time. Not a lot of betting sites work in quite the same way as this one, so the fact that it all feels so instinctive can’t be explained away by saying that users are already used to it.
It’s better than that, providing various different ways to do any single task, and never leaving you trapped at the end of a sequence of clicks with no escape but hitting the back button over and over. You can get anywhere from any point on the site.
Personally, I could do without the links to the casino side of the site that show up as part of the betting interface, but that’s my own little pet hate, and I can see why punters who regularly jump between the two products would find it useful.
There are little additions that help to show Parimatch is a bookie that does the right thing too. For example, when making a bet, a little line or your betslip will tell you that payout limits apply, along with a link to more information. It’s little things like this that make the brand a class act, where some others will happily take your bet knowing full well that they won’t have to pay you the full amount if you win, because it will surpass the payout limits in the t’s and c’s.
One thing that really helps with the navigation is the brand colours actually, as the lack background makes any yellow detailing really stand out, and Parimatch use that to highlight any thing new or important, which again, just helps the eye and the brain to make instinctive decisions and look in the right places for things.
I’m talking about the desktop interface here, but everything stands for the mobile site and app too.
What Markets Can You Bet on at Parimatch?
Right then, what can we bet on if we sign up?
Mate, there’s loads. Maybe not quite as many as at those sites that cover every niche sport under the sun, but then again, when was the last time you bet on Sailing, or Chess?
They do go niche though, with the likes of 9 Ball Pool, Hurling, and Entertainment types markets (Eurovision and the like), but it’s the top and middle tier sports that stand out more here.
The Parimatch guys seems to be particular fans of combat sports and esports, because the depth of market available in these areas is fantastic compared to most other sites, and as always with Parimatch, the odds stay as competitive as the athletes taking part in the events.
You will find all levels of boxing on site with markets available all the time, plus MMA and UFC bouts to bet on alongside, and although market depth is fairly basic on on-headliner fights, it’s always in line with the rest of the industry and sometimes better.
Esports markets are strong too, covering more than just your basics like DOTA and Counter Strike, including an awful lot of football courtesy of the most recent FIFA games.
The real life game of football obviously takes pride of place in terms of betting markets at Parimatch though, going 6 levels deep in English football, a good 3 levels in major European leagues like Italy and France, and even U20s matches in those sorts of regions. The coverage is global though, so that hot tip you got on the Jordan League Divison 1 game – you can bet on it here; plus, there are transfer specials, manager betting, absolutely bucket loads of options.
Horse racing coverage is worldwide too, so France, Brazil, USA – wherever someone 5ft 7in or smaller gets on a horse, Parimatch are probably offering odds on it. That goes for greyhounds too, minus the rider of course.
In-Play Betting and Live Streaming
What I love about Parimatch’s in-play betting interface, is that you can set the default bet type to a few different popular bet types; so match winner, over/under goal, BTTS, that sort of thing.
If you are someone that regularly makes these sorts of bets it saves you having to click into each event to make them – you can just bet from the main live betting screen that shows all of the matches.
You can also hop between sports from here, or view everything with a live stream available.
Live streaming is plentiful at Parimatch, from football to table tennis and esports, there is a lot of live coverage.
If you do end up looking at a specific event, the live stream will show in the full width of the interface which is great for visuals (some sites show you a tiny little box to the side), but you can’t lock it in place while you scroll through bet types.
This would be a nice improvement so you don’t end up missing any of the action, but it is a minor gripe as you will be watching more than you will be looking for betting markets.
The betslip shows up in the same place regardless of where you have scrolled to on the screen, so once your selection is made you can manage your bet easily while you watch the action.
When there is no live stream you can have a quick look at the stats instead, although these are fairly limited to be honest. There’s enough to give you a decent idea of how things have been going, but not much depth.
All in all though, Parimatch is a great place to make in-play bets, and with most sports there are some fun markets that open up once the event has got underway.
Odds and Offers
Obviously, talking about ‘the odds’ in such broad terms is difficult, but they do tend to be competitive, and more importantly, this is consistent.
It means you can rely on Parimatch to give you a decent price, even if it’s not always the very best price; so for anyone who can’t be bothered shopping around just to make an extra 38p from a winning £10 bet, Parimatch will probably work well for you.
Best Odds Guaranteed is not available here but there are plenty of bet boosts too for all sorts of sports. I checked the over round on a random selection of odds and they all came out under 110%, which is usually considered good – it just means the bookie isn’t being greedy when working in their margin. You can do this yourself for the sports you like to bet on by following the guide on this page here.
You get the odds as fractions by default, but you can change them in the settings to decimal, American, and even Indonesian or Chinese if that floats your boat.
In terms of offers and promotions, Parimatch don’t always have the highest number of offers available (although there are usually a good number or both regular promotions and seasonal/event specific ones), but they are generally worthwhile.
Some bookies have rubbish offers don’t they? Bet £20 get 5 free spins, that sort of thing. Big whoop.
Parimatch don’t waste your time like that.
Banking: Deposits and Withdrawals

Some people are a little wary of trying new betting brands, and I understand that, especially with the number of online betting site closures from one year to the next.
There’s no need to worry about betting with Parimatch though, because although they might be new to the UK since 2020, they started out offering the highest deposit protection level from the get go, which is pretty much unheard of for newer companies.
You can see a bit more about protection levels here, but for context, there are three protection levels, and even big names like Betfred and 32Red only offer the basic level. A fair few sit at the medium level but Parimatch put themselves in an elite group by offering high protection levels.
The depositing and withdrawing system is all very easy, although I will say I had a few issues with my first deposit not going through. It was all handled well by customer support though, and after the initial hiccup things went smoothly.
I’ve had a few wins with Parimatch and when I came to withdraw the money always hit my account pretty much straight away, but their processing times are industry standard so even in a worst case scenario you won’t be waiting long for it.
A few more payment options would probably be welcomed by ewallet fans, but this is one of the only areas that has room for improvement if you ask me.
Maximum Payouts
The maximum payout is per day, and is different for each sport and in some cases even each market, but site wide there is a £500k maximum payout per day.
This is also the maximum payout for football bets on major leagues, while games in lower or more obscure leagues will be lower. Most other sports like horse racing and tennis have £100k maximums, but again, the really niche stuff is as low as £25k, and for WWE it is just £500!
For most people this will never be a consideration, but if you are a regular bettor in Badminton or something, or you like to include youth football matches in big accas or something like that, you should just check the terms to make sure you don’t bet higher stakes than necessary to hit the upper win limit.
History of Parimatch Before Entering the UK
Parimatch is actually older than many of the biggest UK betting brands.
It was founded in 1994, at the dawn of the internet, in Kyiv, Ukraine, and enjoyed several decades as one of the biggest gambling brands in that part of the world.
Opening physical betting locations initially, the company expanded online in 2000, at which point they also entered the Russian market, and began exploring opportunities in other CIS countries like Belarus, Moldova, and Georgia.
It wasn’t until 2020 that Parimatch attempted to break into the UK market, but their long history, deep pockets, and partnership with veteran UK bookmaker BetVictor enabled them to make a really good go of it.
They have been one of the more successful entrants into the UK market, outlasting others who tried to do the same thing, through savvy sponsorship deals and marketing campaigns, such as the partnerships with Leicester City, Chelsea, and Newcastle United, as well as linking up with Connor McGregor as a brand ambassador.
Things were ticking along nicely for Parimatch since they entered the UK, but then, Russia invaded Ukraine.
This had a huge impact on the whole world, and obviously for the people of Ukraine it was an event like no other in their lives, but it had a huge impact on Parimatch too.
In a bizarre turn of events, Parimatch actually ended up being forced out of their native Ukraine, after President Zelenskyy imposed sanctions on 280 companies and 120 people with Russian connections, who had “withdrawn money from the nation and have financed Russian schemes“.
Parimatch was caught up in all of this, despite having done what they could to distance themselves from Russia, including voluntarily withdrawing their services from the aggressive country 12 months previous, but nevertheless, they are now effectively banned from the Ukraine.
Their move to the UK was very well timed then, because without it, they may well have struggled to continue operating at all.
As it is, they relocated their head quarters to Cyprus, and still offer their services to us and a group of other countries.
Using Support Services
I’ve had to contact customer support a number of times for small issues. I’ve only ever personally used live chat, but I have to say, their team is superb.
Always quick to answer, the communication is in clear English and they seem to know what they are talking about too, and they get right to the point which is such a relief – I can’t stand all the fluff you get at some bookies before they actually move on to sorting things out.
The other thing I like, is that the live chat has an alert sound when the agent replies, so that you can do other things in a different window without fear of missing a reply, being judged as ‘unresponsive’ and having you chat window closed.
Live chat is my preferred contact option, but there are loads of others.
- Request call back
There’s a help centre/FAQ too which is chock-a-block with useful well written guides on pretty much any issue you can think of.
It’s as comprehensive a support service as you will find anywhere, and I mean that literally. I have never seen more contact options at an online bookmaker.
The cherry on the cake? It’s a 24/7 service.
Of course it is, this is Parimatch.
Is Parimatch the Right Bookie for You?
Although they offer greyhound and horse racing markets, Parimatch doesn’t really feel like the place the traditional bettor, but will most likely appeal to aspirational 20, 30, and 40 somethings who want a flashier bookie to bet with, but maybe don’t have too much time to spend shopping around for odds.
Market availability and all that stuff is excellent, but what really sticks out with Parimatch, is their dedication to customer safety and support.
Where else do you get the sort of contact options you get here? And that’s on top of the highest levels of deposit protection. No one could accuse Parimatch of leaving their customers out in the cold, they seem honestly dedicated to looking after the people who bet with them.
I value this sort of thing highly, probably even more than getting the very best odds if I’m honest; I’ll happily sacrifice a few pence in winnings for a better service.
That’s just me though.
